India is a country where life force and living beings are worshipped. The country has a vast wealth of wildlife. Few other countries can boast of the riches of wildlife wealth that India possesses. There are wildlife reserves, national parks, wildlife sanctuaries where one can pop to observe the wildlife species. These are the places where the major activity goes on. India is the last hope for many endangered species like tiger, Asiatic lion, one-horned rhino etc. It is the land of many exotic birds and plants. The best place to photograph tigers in India is Bandhavgarh National Park in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The park is also home to other species like including Leopard, Sloth Bear, Sambar Deer, Rhesus Macaque, Black-faced Langur, Jungle Cat, Chinkara, Muntjac and Chital. As a wildlife photographer, I have traveled through the jungles of India. I sometimes go the dangerous zones to catch the rare moments. I have captured rare shots of Lions in Gir sanctuary. Sometimes, I wait for hours speechless devoid of any movement behind bushes to take close view of the birds. |
