While we, I and my friend Michalle, were moving towards Nasik, we came across a city named Thane. To be modest, my first instance about exploring the city was not positive about as my friend pressurized me and I agreed. Thane is the city in western India and is close to Thane river. Interestingly, this small city is just 30 kms from Mumbai city.

The city as such does not have any good tourist spots as it is more of industrialized place surrounded by industries.

Michalle told me that the city is god for business travelers. She also aquainted me that Thane boost many hotels and restaurants that are worth trying. In fact, I was shocked to know that city boosted an exotic night life. “you know! It has many night clubs” said Michalle. “Unbelievable!” I exclaimed. So just to show me, we had a night stay in Thane, and believe me! Thane lives it's life at night. The clubs bustled with young people. In fact, even I rocked the floor in some of the famous discotheques.
