A single visit to Tamil Nadu is not enough for me, if I get an oppurtunity, I'll be once again exploring the enticing land
This travelog on Tamil Nadu is written by Andrew, Warsaw, Poland. He came to Chennai on January, 2004.

Modestly, It was above my imagination that my foray to Tamil Nadu would be so enticing. When I remember the days I spent in Tamil Nadu, the memories create a desire to once again explore the charismatic abode that makes India all the more special on the world map.

Surrounded by Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka in the north and Kerala in the west, Tamilnadu is a scenic land known for its beauty that is spread lavishly here and there. This is one abode that is must on every Indian itinerary !!! Tamil Nadu is one amazing land where I got the oppurtunity discover thousands of things. From traditional temples to serene beaches to enticing culture, all makes Tamil Nadu a must place to be unveiled.

I was especially enthused by the people of Tamil Nadu. Since I belonged to a foreign land, the charming people of Tamil Nadu never let me felt that. They were warm; In fact overwhelmed me with their hospitality and amicable nature. The only difficulty that I faced during my stay was communicating with Tamilians. Since there official language is Tamil, most of them were not able to understand English.

As a part of exploration, I visited the famous temples of Tamil Nadu which included Meenakshi Temple, Kanchipuram Temple, Kanyakumari, Murgoan temple. These temples had a legacy of their own and each spoke about the magnificent heritage of Tamil Nadu. Apart from Tamil Nadu temples, I also toured the enchanting hill stations like Ooty, major cities like Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Rameshwaram and many other tourist destination that made my tour to Tamil Nadu a cherishable experience.

After exploring the breathtaking abode, I was quiet mesmerized by the beauty of Indian land. Today, I can say that with its vibrant culture, a rich tapestry of history and bounteous nature, Tamil Nadu is indeed a paradise for tourists.
