World Heritage Sites
It was actually great to explore some of the enchanting monuments that were a part of World heritage sites.


When I came to India, almost of the friends who visited India before suggested me to explore monuments like Taj Mahal , Qutub Minar. So, in order to know more about them, I searched through different web sites and found that these marvelous pieces are part of World Heritage Sites.

Knowing the Sites!
As I spoke to one of my friends, Peter, he told me that there are more such World Heritage Sites in India. Saying this was enough to inculcate a desire in me to know more about the place. Through slew of sites, I came to know that there are many tourist destination in India that are included in World Heritage Sites like the Qutub Minar, Taj Mahal, Ajanta and Ellora caves, Khajuraho temples and many more. I was amazed by the fact that there are more than 25 World Heritage Sites in India.

So, in order to get genuine and reliable information, My friend recommended to go through the official web site of World Heritage Site. And the information helped me to know many other facts about them and helped me in planning my trip.

"I know... I know, there are many World Heritage sites in India, but I am just thinking, will I be able to cover all of them in my trip." as I spoke to Peter. So, just in case I don't miss any important World Heritage site in India, I made a list of all such exotic places and monuments

Although I was not able to cover all the places in India but whatever I did were great and I have good memories about them. In fact, one of my friend Wilson, who visited Delhi, India have written a beautiful script about Humayun Tomb and Qutub Minar. Another traveler who explored the endearing Ajanta Elora caves have narrated his experience and beauty of the caves.
