I had spent some quality time in India, and probably I have stored some best moments about the nation in my memory box... the people, the culture......exotic food and the majestic monuments.....Oh! yes, the monuments of India, I was very impressed by the monuments of India. Some of the major monuments in India are Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, Red Fort, Shore temple, Jama Masjid, Victoria Memorial and the Agra Fort.

Fortunately, I covered the entire nation and so I happened to visit all the exotic monuments of India. Out of all, Taj Mahal, Agra had an appeal. No doubt, why it is one of the seven wonders of the world. Taj Mahal need no poems in fact it look like a love poem . A special monument built by Shahjahan for his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. And then the leaning tower of Pisa... what Leaning tower of Pisa in India..I am talking about Qutub Minar, another exotic monuments that beautify the Delhi city with its grace. Oh! in fact, Wilson, who traveled to Delhi have given a vivid description about the monuments of Delhi .

And down South, I liked the Shore temple in Mahabalipuram built in 7th Century. I was quite impressed to know that the magnificent monument is a part of World Heritage Site.

Unknowingly on my trip, I covered many cities that are considered the heritage cities of India. But as I went through a travel magazine I came to know cities like Delhi, Varanasi, Haridwar attains a position of the great heritage cities of India. Exploring these cities was a pleasure! I learnt so much about the Indian culture and heritage.
