Encompass the Golden Heritage of India!
Since I was visiting the India for the first time, all my friends in US recommended me to opt for tours packaged either by government or by private tour operators. " But Why? I can travel on my own, I am not a kid" I said frustrately.

But today, I realized the importance of such packages. These tours are especially beneficial for those who come for short duration. As they are packaged tours they provide services like accommodation, fooding, traveling and other necessities.

Well, one thing I liked about the Golden Triangle was that it covered the three major cities of India in 5 days. The cities it covered were the Mechanized Delhi, the romantic Agra and the royal Jaipur. In Delhi I covered monuments like India Gate, Hamayun Tomb, Rashtrapati Bhawan and a stingy place like Chandni Chowk. In Agra, I covered the Taj and the Agra fort and in Jaipur the breathtaking Hawa Mahal and Amber Fort. The tour also provided ample time to shop around in each of the cities and took us to markets that were authentic and cheap.

An Exotic Experience!!
I found the tour quite safe as most of the travelers were debutante . The tour operator used to be in constant touch and the tour guide used to keep a special eye on everyone so that no one falls prey in the hands of Scrupulous people.

After covering the three cities, I now realize how difficult it would have become if I traveled the land without the tour. It not only saved my time but took me every minutest of place that was of relevance.
