Char Dham is one of the most revered destination of Indian Pilgrimage. Nestling in the lofty peaks are the four most holy pilgrimages of India -Yamunotri, Gangotri, Sri Kedarnathji and Sri Badrinathji of Hinduism. For centuries, saints and pilgrims, in their search for the divine, have walked these mystical vales known in ancient Hindu scriptures as 'Kedarkhand'.

Fortunately, even I visited the Northern India most famous site. Being an atheist, at first I was not very keen to seek this adventure. But some how after visiting Haridwar and Rishikesh, something inside my heart forced me to continue my pilgrimage journey to Char Dham. It was merely my luck that I visited Uttaranchal in the month of April, since the Char Dham Yatra generally starts from this month.

The four exotic places had number of tourist destination to boost off like the Badrinath temple, Yamnotri temple, Kedarnath temple and many others.
