All of us were young and wanted to have a nice time enjoying beach side entertainment. We wanted to be in a happening place where there is lot of fun, yes sheer fun and no introspection. No thinking, no mind! We just wanted to soak in the pleasures of nature and feed our senses and soul. So the obvious choice was beaches of Goa. Though there are beaches in Gujarat, Mumbai and other parts of India but there is no comparison when it comes to entertainment. The beaches of Goa beat others as far entertainment goes. The place is an excellent blend of natural bounties and human creation.

It was few days before the New Year and the place was flooded with tourists, both foreigners and Indians. Goa has most of the entertainment beaches followed by Mumbai.

Each beach we visited in Goa is famous for one or the other thing for example Anjuna Beach is famous for wild parties and nightlife. Calangute provides excellent bathing facilities. Baga Beach provides a break from the chaotic city life as well as from the crowded beach sites one finds in Goa. It also provides an opportunity for shopping and collecting souvenirs. Dona Paula and Vagator are other beaches of interest in Goa
