When I was a Kid, I used to draw lot of trees and jungles on the canvass. As far as I remember I was quite keen on wildlife but due to some reasons I was not able to explore any of the wildlife sanctuaries.

Fortunately, I have travelled a lot but you can say that my luck never favoured me and I was not able to explore any of the wild life sanctuaries. But when I was in Andhra Pradesh, I got the chance to explore not one or two but number of wildlife parks.

The first one that I explored on my Hyderabad tour was the Deer Park. Situated 16 kms from the city, Vanasthalipuram deer park is the charming picnic spot. The park is named after the famous Indian Saint - Lord Mahavira and was made in commemoration of his 2500th birth anniversary in the year 1975. Being the first in the list I thoroughly enjoyed my exploration.

Then came the Krishna wildlife Sanctuary in Warangal which made another impact on my mind and emphasized the fact that wildlife is beautiful. Within area of 194.81 Sq. Kms, Krishna wildlife Sanctuary encompasses flora and fauna that is worth exploring.

I also explored some of the famous wildlife parks and sanctuaries which included Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary and Indira Gandhi Zoological Park. Indira Gandhi Zoological Park is the largest zoological park in Andhra Pradesh and is quite rich in fauna and avi fauna species.

In totality, my advent to these wildlife sanctuaries had been terrific. I was quite impressed and they actually made my dream come true. Never in my life, I came across so many wildlife parks. One after another, each of them bedazzled me through their beauty.

I hold special memories of these green jungles and thought to mention them exclusively. All I have to say is " Don't Miss The Wildlife in Andhra Pradesh".
